Booking Confirmation

A deposit of 100% of the bookings value is required as a deposit preferably by an Electronic Financial Transfer (EFT). A proof of payment must be forwarded to accounts@mbuluzi.com. If an EFT is not possible then credit card details must be forwarded with full name of card holder, card number, expiry date and CVC number.

Cancellation Policy

The following charges will be made on cancellation of an accommodation booking secured by EFT:

– Cancellation 14 days before reservation = No Charge. The full deposit will be refunded within 30 days.

– Cancellation made after 12 noon 14 days prior to the reservation = The full amount of the 1st day of the reservation will be charged. The balance will be refunded within 30 days

– Cancellation after 12 noon 24 hours prior to the reservation = The full amount of the 1st day of the reservation plus 50% of the remaining days will be charged.

– No Show. The Full amount of the deposit will be charged. There will be no refund.

The following charges will be made on cancellation of an accommodation booking secured by a Credit Card:

– Cancellation 14 days before reservation = 10% of the deposit amount will be charged. The balance will be refunded within 30 days.

– Cancellation made after 12 noon 14 days prior to the reservation = The full amount of the 1st day of the reservation will be charged plus 10% of the remaining amount. The balance will be refunded within 30 days

– Cancellation after 12 noon 24 hours prior to the reservation = The full amount of the 1st day of the reservation plus 50% of the remaining days will be charged plus 10% of the remaining amount. The balance will be refunded within 30 days

– No Show. The Full amount of the deposit will be charged. There will be no refund.

NB* When making refunds any charges or fees payable for international money transfers will be for the client and will be deducted from the refund amount.
